Purchase & Shipping Policy:
Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed (prior to shipping). Some bulk Orders may require additional time; we will update your order status accordingly.
Since shipments do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time.
Return Policy:
1) After receiving your order, you can return it within 10 days. We only accept returns for items that arrived damaged or defective. You have the option to insure your items during the check-out process. You will be held responsible for paying for the shipping cost when return your item.
2) Returns are permitted within 10 days from the date of purchase (we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk like opened CDs and Hair Extensions). All Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges are not refundable under any circumstances for any reason.
We do not accept returns and provide returns if:
- If the product has been opened and obviously used or worn.
